Why I Started The Lantern Advisory

I founded The Lantern Advisory after seeing the same pattern repeat across workplaces: during moments of change, people were left in the dark. Leaders often wanted to do right by their teams, but lacked the guidance needed to communicate clearly. Employees were left to navigate uncertainty without structure, honesty, or care—and the human impact lingered long after decisions were made.

My work centers the human side of work. I support organizations through change with clarity and compassion, helping leaders communicate thoughtfully and ensuring employees feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the transition.


What I Bring

I bring experience across internal communications, organizational change, and human-centered employee support. I’m trained as an Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP) and a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®), with years of professional and lived experience helping people navigate complex, high-impact workplace moments.
